At Vibe Coders' Kit, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions for requesting a refund on your subscription.

Payments processed by Creem

Vibe Coders' Kit uses Creem as our Merchant of Record. All payments, billing, and refunds are handled by Creem. When you make a purchase, you are technically purchasing from Creem, who processes payments on our behalf.

2. Refund Eligibility

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You may be eligible for a refund if you request it within 7 days of your initial purchase or subscription renewal, provided one of the following conditions applies:

First-time purchases

Refund available within 7 days of your initial Pro subscription

Subscription renewals

Refund available within 7 days of automatic renewal

Valid Reasons for Refund

Refunds are granted when any of the following conditions are met:

  • Service not provided – The core features of your subscription were unavailable or inaccessible
  • Significant technical issues – Persistent bugs or errors that prevented you from using the service, which we were unable to resolve
  • Billing errors – Accidental duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, or charges made after cancellation
  • Service significantly different from description – The product materially differs from what was advertised at time of purchase
  • Unplanned extended downtime – Service outages lasting more than 48 hours during your billing period

  • Monthly Pro subscription payments
  • Annual Pro subscription payments (prorated based on usage)
  • Accidental duplicate charges

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these simple steps:

When requesting a refund, please provide:

  • The email address associated with your Vibe Coders' Kit account
  • Date of purchase or renewal
  • Reason for the refund request (optional but helpful)

Total refund time is typically 5-10 business days from approval, depending on your payment method and financial institution. Credit card refunds may take longer to appear on your statement.

5. Exceptions & Limitations

Refunds may be declined in the following situations:

Request made after 7 days from purchase/renewal
General dissatisfaction without qualifying issues
Change of mind after using the service
Evidence of refund abuse or manipulation
Violation of our Terms of Service
Fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
Multiple refund requests in a short period
Free trial conversions (no charge was made)

Partial Refunds

For annual subscriptions requested after significant usage (more than 7 days), we may offer a prorated refund based on the remaining subscription period.

Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your bank instead of contacting us directly, this may result in account suspension. We encourage you to reach out to us first so we can resolve any issues quickly.

6. Subscription Cancellation

Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancelling your subscription stops future charges but does not automatically issue a refund. If you want a refund, please contact us separately.

How to Cancel

  • Go to Settings → Subscription in your Vibe Coders' Kit dashboard
  • Click "Manage Subscription" to access Creem's billing portal
  • Select "Cancel Subscription"

What Happens After Cancellation

  • You retain access to Pro features until the end of your billing period
  • Changed your mind? You can resume your subscription anytime before the billing period ends
  • Your account reverts to the Free tier when the period ends (if not resumed)
  • All your data remains intact on the Free tier (subject to Free tier limits)
  • You can resubscribe at any time to regain Pro access
